No. You pay the seller directly, in cash or by Mobile Money, when you meet. Kasuku Market never holds your money, so never pay anyone who says they are collecting for Kasuku Market.
Is posting an ad free?+
Yes, always. Sellers can optionally pay to promote an ad: Boost moves it back to the top, and TOP pins it above other ads for 7 or 30 days.
Why do I need to sign in to see a phone number?+
It keeps numbers away from spammers and scrapers, and means every buyer and seller on Kasuku Market has an account we can act on if they're reported.
What if I get scammed?+
Report the ad and the user from the chat or listing page, and report fraud to the police. Remember the golden rule: never pay before you have the item.
